Pounding curry pastes in the kitchen since I was a child, the passion for food has always stayed close. After completing a Fine Arts degree in New Zealand, I continued my study in Culinary Arts. Most of my time was spent growing organic vegetables and herbs in my garden in Christchurch. At the moment I reside in Bangkok, Thailand and spend all of my time exploring the beautifully intricate cuisine culture. Observing from my dear grandmother in the kitchen, visiting local organic producers and experimenting new concepts. Through this process, photography remains a valuable tool to capture the essence of Thailand. All of the above collaborate together to tell the beautiful story about Siamese cooking.
