STIR FRY OF KHACHON FLOWERS WITH PRAWNS

With only two main components, the freshness of the ingredients are paramount. Choose khachon flower buds that are still closed, pick off any stems or leaves attached. It is important to soak the flower buds in ice water to maintain their crisp freshness. Stir fry very briefly as the prawns only take a few seconds to cook through.
